The Sea Inside(2004)

Ramón Sampedro, a Spaniard, fought for the right to die with dignity during a 30-year period. The film follows Ramón’s relationships with two women: Julia, a lawyer who supports his cause, and Rosa, a local woman who seeks to persuade him that life is worth living. Through the gift of his love, these two ladies are encouraged to achieve things they never imagined imaginable. Despite his desire to die, Ramón taught everyone he met the meaning, worth, and importance of life. He could not move himself, but he had a remarkable ability to move others.
